At Alliance Academy, our short-term training (STT) programs are built to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world practice. Developed collaboratively by Jimma University and ABH Partners, and enhanced through partnerships with leading corporate, health, and non-health organizations, these programs are tailored to empower today’s professionals with the skills needed to thrive in dynamic and competitive environments.
